Forensic Surveying

A project may start as planned and the valuations submitted are relatively straightforward. For a number of reasons the project may become complex and accordingly the contractors account can become even more complicated and require an expert eye to unravel and find the true value of works. As works proceed or after final account we are able to offer the following:

• To analyse the account starting from what the contract sum was based upon
• To check variations are fairly submitted and valued
• To ensure any works that have not been completed are omitted from the account
• Provisional Sums are presented properly with full backup
• Check all computations are correct
• Retentions have been correctly calculated and released
